Utopian Society! By: Cherise and Deanna
- Unicorns - Commies (all of us) - Manslaves - Cotton candy - Cottons - Pralines - Cream - Big-eyed-anusless puppies - Waterfalls/mountain stream - Springy grass
After much consideration and deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that each of the aforementioned elements/features absolutely MUST be present in a truly Utopian Society. We have also come to the conclusion that nothing as perfect as this could ever exist, and we must resign ourselves to live begrudgingly in our fallen, fallen world.
Edit: QWANTZ MUST ALSO BE ADDED TO THE LIST BECAUSE HE IS AWEXOME. |

Anyone who's reading this probably has no idea who Abdul is, but I randomly saw him today at Mac and totally did a double take, and surpriiiiiiiiise he recognized me! That makes him long lost friend number two! Except I have yet to speak to long lost friend number one (i.e. Kofi).
I also really freaking love university. The knowledge! The learning! I'm surrounded by people who love things like me, and we all sit together in a giant room and love it together! It's so excellent!
I also bought a random used U2 CD that I've never seen before, and though it is not a collector's item, it is rather obscure, and that makes me excited.
I ALSO bought this absolutely amazing book that includes every single letter that Napoleon wrote to Josephine ever...! And that just makes me so speechless. Seriously.
I also have literally five giant rubbermaid containers in my room because I have yet to fully unpack from camp. I should do that, because my room is becoming a serious hazard.
I also saw an almost identical lookalike to the Red Knight in the Humanities department...so much so that I wanted to actually ask him if he ever worked at Medieval Times, but I didn't. I don't think it actually is the Red Knight, although the resemblance is striking. |

| | mono??!? | ] | Okay, SO. I have been working at a camp of somesort for the past fortnight, and despite the stress and insanely long hours I have had a good time stealing golf carts and also drinking a lot of chocolate milk. Among other things. But, right now, I'm not at camp, I am home, because for the past few days I have been in utter agony both in the throat region and in the head region. I had a sore throat for a few days, but was still able to work. But then one day I woke up and apparently had pink eye. By the time I went to the doctor it had spread to the other eye. The doctor I saw was so great, except I didn't know where to look because he had those eyes that look different ways, kind of like Sartre. He also commented on my massive Napoleon book, and we bonded. I was ordered not to work until Sunday (tomorrow) but I saw a doctor today, and he's like, "hm, swollen thyroid, maybe you have mono." The thing is, I can't get any bloodwork done because it is a Saturday, and no where is open. Also, my family should be leaving for Algonquin today, but our basement flooded and they are very much delayed. So...I don't know. I might be able to hitch a ride to Fair Havens with Cherise on Thursday, but it could just be a false alarm. I am feeling billions better though, so maybe it's not mono. I hope it's not mono.

Gethsemane
Brother Judas, don't pull the trigger Don't follow the Will from the depths of the earth; Lucifer's noose is tight enough, to leave you hanging in the potter's field. Taste your bitter tears of tomorrow and heed your desperate conscience. Does his bread not satisfy? Can you not hold his wine?
You're not so far from me, opening that garden gate, to betray the son of God.

Okay, so apparently Miss Dick used to babysit me!?!....that's pretty freaking weird. Like, whoa. I was talking to my mom about my philosophy teacher, and she's like, "what teacher is this," and I'm all "Miss Dick" and my mom is like, "Karen?" and I'm all "....yeah...? How did you know?" And so she's all "Oh she used to babysit you guys. You were like one and a half." And I say, "...." and then I freak out. Because, Miss Dick is like my favourite teacher ever...and she's changed my diapers. I hope I didn't vomit on her or anything. That is SO AWKWARD. I wonder if she remembers. That's insane.
(and for good measure, Cherise's reaction: "SHE'S SEEN YOUR VAGINA!") HAHAHAHAHHAHA. Oh man. |

Usually I would just stop caring, but recently I've actually been trying to keep up with, and do a good job on my work. I'm so sick of doing work. Of never having time to do anything with anyone. There's always something. For the past two weeks I have been so swamped. So much writing. I'm so tired of everything. I can't focus on anything anymore. |
